Digital Maintenance Management Platform of Chongqi Bridge

Following the concept of “special maintenance for special bridge”, it deeply digs the structural characteristics of Chongqi Bridge and the data of inspection and monitoring and engineering maintenance during the operation period. Based on the data fusion algorithm model, taking the “BIM+” visual model as the platform, the informationization model based on the standardized management and maintenance data is constructed, the existing inspection and monitoring and operation related systems are integrated, and the multi-system integrated data visual management is realized by using the BIM multi-level modeling technology, and the “Smart Space” of the bridge is created.

1. Structure Response Digital Twin Technology Based on Dynamic Weighing System

Through the real-time analysis of the axle load, vehicle speed and lane information of the weigh-in-motion system, combined with the pre-established precise finite element simulation model and the developed data processing algorithm, the rapid analysis and early warning of the deflection and stress response of the bridge under the action of vehicles are realized.

2. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Bridge Inspection Technology Based on Intelligent Flight Control and Flight Path Management

Aiming at the characteristics of Chongqi Bridge over the Yangtze River, the technology of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Bridge Inspection Technology Based on Intelligent Flight Control and Flight Path Management is innovated, and a three-dimensional and blind-zone-free inspection system is constructed by customizing the automatic inspection route of unmanned aerial vehicle. The traditional inspection mode is changed from a field operation mode to an indoor operation mode, and the inspection report is automatically generated, so that the inspection efficiency is greatly improved, the safety risk is reduced, the labor cost of later data processing is saved, and the bridge is comprehensively evaluated in the aspects of technical condition, reliability, durability, applicability and the like.
